- SStanleyLondon •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoVery well organised and easy to book in a first instance. Managed to reserve my table and followed by two reminders and a final confirmation for attendance. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff members and from start to finish it was a great experience for afternoon tea. There’s a great selection on the menu and they are very good at checking if there are any allergies and things to be aware of i.e. special occasion or any dietary requirements, etc. All the staff there are very consistent friendly and professional and made my afternoon tea for enjoyable. The atmosphere was wonderful very nicely laid out did didn’t feel too for more not too laid-back. It was very nicely done. I was at ease and felt very comfortable. Food quality was great and nice selection from the afternoon tea which I thoroughly enjoyed and there was a nice surprise with the scones. It was my first time experiencing a sour cherry scone which was very interesting and I would love to have it again in the future. Rest of the food from the afternoon tea was amazing and a great selection of tea and drinks to choose from. This was a wonderful experience and great value for me as well and I’ll definitely return again. I have been to Betty’s a few times and also different branches. I have to admit the service and the food quality is consistent all over.More infoBettys Café Tea Rooms - YorkPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• York•4.7
- WWayneYorkshire •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024This is our 2nd time visiting, and the food, service and setting has always been outstanding - 10/10. We were served by James (both times) and Louie? (Sorry if the spelling isn’t right) this most recent time, not to mention the lady hosting (whose name also escapes me, SORRY) - all a credit to the place! We always feel welcome and catered for, and can’t wait to come back again and again.More infoBettys Café Tea Rooms - HarrogatePrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Harrogate•4.7
- MMollyYorkshire •3 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024Lovely afternoon tea in the Garden Room. The sandwiches were nice and the scones were great, they were warmed and served with jam and clotted cream. We had the festive afternoon tea which meant the cakes were festive themed, I would prefer them be the usual cakes. I wasn’t a fan of the Christmas pudding or mince pie flavour. Overall, it was great. I would go back for regular afternoon tea but not the festive one due to the cakes.
