We were a little concerned about the noise when we arrived but to our delight we were seated in the coolest back room area, and separate from the front main bar. Perfect for private parties if you wanted to bring the office or plan a family reunion. We ordered 4 meals and a couple of sides, along with some fish and chips (My wife is from Norwich and having fish and chips is always a great addition to any feast). We're not drinkers by our boys and their wives had wine and beer and very much enjoyed their drinks. The service was also great! In fact when we got seated the room was a bit freezing, and there were only a few others in there, so I asked one of the gents if the area we were in had separate air and he was so nice about it, turned it down and it was just perfect for the amount at guests. I wish I had taken pics of my plates of food, I'm not the guy that remembers that kind of stuff, and to be honest the food disappeared nearly as quickly as it arrived! The table went silent for about 10 minutes while everyone dug in, and boy did we enjoy it! For the next hour we all picked at everyone's plates and enjoyed each other's company. I'd go back in a in no Time for any special occasion or any meal! They have Sunday Roasts, and guaranteed we'll be going back for one of those! Our entire family enjoyed The Smith's for our Dinner Feast and we all recommend it to anyone who hasn't been before!More infoSmith's Bar & GrillPrice: Moderate• British• Paddington•4.1
- JJocelynYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoBridgerton Afternoon tea - we sat in the raised area around the main regency room. We were eating at 12.30 on a Monday so nice and quiet. Piano music lovely and the food was exceptional . We were not rushed at any point and the sandwiches and themed cakes were lovely and gooey. The lemon curd with the scones was really good - there was strawberry jam as well. We were asked if we want more sandwiches and I was provided with a box to take a couple of cakes home.More infoAfternoon Tea at The LanesboroughPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Knightsbridge•4.7

Far too much for two, it could have fed 3 really, or a family of 4! Would return, we always enjoy a visit to this particular steakhouse on our visits to London.More infoAngus Steakhouse PaddingtonPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Paddington•3.9
