Scrummy food, plentiful refills, relaxing piano playing and absolutely exceptional service from all staff but in particular from Anne who looked after us so well. Thank you everyone.More infoBettys Café Tea Rooms - YorkPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• York•4.7

(Sorry if the spelling isn’t right) this most recent time, not to mention the lady hosting (whose name also escapes me, SORRY) - all a credit to the place! We always feel welcome and catered for, and can’t wait to come back again and again.More infoBettys Café Tea Rooms - HarrogatePrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Harrogate•4.7

- MMollyYorkshire •3 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoLovely afternoon tea in the Garden Room. The sandwiches were nice and the scones were great, they were warmed and served with jam and clotted cream. We had the festive afternoon tea which meant the cakes were festive themed, I would prefer them be the usual cakes. I wasn’t a fan of the Christmas pudding or mince pie flavour. Overall, it was great. I would go back for regular afternoon tea but not the festive one due to the cakes. Service was amazingMore infoAfternoon Tea @ The Garden RoomPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• York•4.5
- SStephanieOrlando / Central Florida East •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoA most perfect experience. The team at the old deanery strike a really great balance between efficiency, professionalism with a good dose of warmth and can do. The afternoon tea consists beautifully fresh finger sandwiches (we asked for a few more and these were given with pleasure) and a small savoury tartlet, delicious with prawn and dill. Now…. The scones well they are just about the most epic scones, we are still talking about them! Short and crisp top and crumbly unctuous.. even a small shot glass of chocolate ganache which sadly couldn’t be finished due to our expanded waists! Teas, coffee & the most exquisite English sparkling wine were the ideal pairing to this feast. You simply MUST try it ! Thankyou to the whole teamMore infoThe Old DeaneryPrice: Very Expensive• British• Ripon•4.7
