Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Sansei serves incredibly delectable dishes such as our famous miso butter fish, shrimp dynamite, steak, grilled pork chops, smoked duck and delicious noodles. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours. Please be advised we have not opened sushi bar seating since closing due to Covid. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available.     We went for happy hour after having been there for dinner the night before and we were not disappointed… The drinks are a good deal and delicious and the toast bowl is big and the ceviche is definitely enough for at least a couple people to share.

    Merriman’s does not disappoint! The service is top notch and the food is amazing. I would like to note that I let the server know of my gluten allergy and he explained all the options that were available gluten free. When the food was delivered, it was announced that my meal was gluten free twice! It made me feel great that everyone involved was well aware. The surroundings are beautiful and the food is always fresh and delicious. We have been here to Merriman’s in Kapalua several times and the food and service are consistently excellent. I highly recommend dining here if you are looking for an amazing restaurant.
