Stephanie took outstanding care of us tonight. As regular locals we had a great review of New Wines on the latest menu update which was interesting & fun. Steph is very knowledgeable and passionate about Wines ! Smashed Cucumbers and Grilled Octopus still our favourites ! Maple Wood Grilled Rainbow Trout always outstanding ! The Rigatoni is an excellent pasta dish. Steph made the best Cappuccino’s ever ! Restaurant Manager “Sully” has the best team in Canmore !

Great service from Maya, she even found some birthday candles for our special night. The jerk chicken karaage was very tasty not too spicy. Wild boar meatloaf was also very well seasoned not too salty. Rib eye was cooked to perfection. Kinda noisy cus it was very busy in there but all in all a great dinner.

What can I say about our amazing dinner, I'm not sure if words can cover how great it was. From the attentive 5 star service, to the perfectly paired 6 course dinner, and to top it off if we weren't stuffed by this point, take home cookies and chocolate covered tuxedo strawberries!! Our server Mia was great from the start, she was very informative with the Tuesday Special. It wasn't a busy Tuesday night and she was fantastic. The steak was cook properly with the Truffles fries/ Whole Chicken special was amazing. The chicken cook at perfection and skins was crispy. Definitely a keeper on the weekly special.
