Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more.     Service was excellent, food was incredible! Beth greeted us warmly at the door and Camille and Isaiah took great care of us during our stay. We didn’t order cocktails today but bartender Jason came by to say hi and make sure we had a great time. We both had The Sammy, a wonderful english muffin breakfast sandwich with both bacon and homemade sausage and an egg fried just how I like. I specifically brought my guest here because he loves grits - Chef Dan’s are to die for. The stuffed french toast was absolutely decadent, and definitely contributed to my post-brunch coma. Overall a fantastic experience. We’ll be back soon to try the winter menu!

    Had some out of town friends in from Sc and was looking for a in the middle place to gather and it was perfect! Great food! Great football specials! Definitely will be back!
