- MMarinaSan Diego •1 review4.0Dined todayThe service and the hospitality was excellent, the ambiance was amazing, but the food was terrible and extremely overpriced. We paid $225 a person for a terrible meal that tastes awful, was horribly salty, and should not have cost more that $100 a person. Way overpriced meal.More infoAmaya at Fairmont Grand Del MarPrice: Very Expensive• French• Carmel Valley•4.2

- KKatherineSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe lobby was beautifully decorated for the season. The tea options were wide with oolong to herbal all laid out with matching tea pots, cups and saucers. The sandwiches were a modern take on the traditional ones with a sweet potato and maple, salmon with pomegranate garnish, and a turkey salad brioche. The vanilla bean and fruit scones served with strawberry-blueberry jam and clotted cream were excellent. The desserts were also beautiful and delicious.More infoLobby Lounge at Fairmont Grand Del MarPrice: Moderate• Californian• Carmel Valley•4.3

- BBingSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 28, 2024The setup was great- not all tables filled at different times allowed for a more relaxed environment. There was no rush to have us depart after finishing our meal. Food was terrific, and service was very friendly and attentive. The $260 per plate makes this a one time event but worth it on that basis.More infoEvents at Fairmont Grand Del MarPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Carmel Valley•4.3
