Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. The old menu was better and a go-to. This new menu incorporates a lot of seafood. That’s a risk in Colorado…one my husband likes to take. This time it didn’t pay off. The shrimp left him feeling ill all night.
