Best Restaurants with Good Vegetarian Options in Colindale

I've been wanting to try the Parakeet for many months and so glad I did it! Probably one the best Sunday roasts in London - both the beef and chicken were cooked to perfection and the trimmings also. A delicious sticky toffee pudding to finish off an incredible meal! I will come back again and again and again!

Lovely - service was great, food was lovely. The only suggestion would be bread sauce - as my partner is a northerner! - but it was lovely thank you. Can't wait to come back after Christmas. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

A warm welcome on a chilly night. We 3 had steak, lamb and fishcake with chips and mixed veg. Everything was well cooked and the chips were particularly good. Portions were generous. We had a couple of glasses of wine and a non-alcoholic beer. We had ice-cream and a citrus posset for dessert - great, but we didn't really have room. Lussmans is up in Highgate, on many bus routes from Archway, Finchley etc so no need to park. The restaurant is warm and welcoming and has been upgraded from its previous incarnation as Cote. It feels like a great local place and an alternative to the pubs which dominate the eating experience in Highgate.

The Bald Faced Stag does a great Sunday roast, and interesting other main courses as well. The portions are big, and unfortunately no room for pudding
