Angel, our server, took excellent care of us. We started with nice glasses of wine. The rolls were sourdough and more flavorful than the standard rolls they've had in the past. I enjoyed my entree of trout with broccoli and rice pilaf. I took half of it home because it was too plentiful to eat in one sitting. My husband enjoyed his grilled octopus appetizer, along with two sides as his dinner - collard greens with bacon and roasted potatoes. He took home most of his potatoes because it was a huge serving, probably meant to share with the table. We got the bread pudding for my birthday dessert, and it was warm and delicious.More infoParker's on PoncePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Decatur•4.7

Enjoy the brussel sprouts and drink an espresso martini. Just fabulous. We will definitely return many times now that we have found this gem!More infoCulinary Dropout Rooftop – West MidtownPrice: Moderate• American• West Midtown•4.3
- JJudithvipAtlanta Metro •105 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI have never had a bad meal at Hal's. I always spend at least one evening there every time I come to Atlanta. The service is always excellent as is the food. Bryan suggested I try the duck which was delicious! The lobster bites were also excellent as always and my son said his steak was cooked just as he asked. The noise level is high so we always sit upstairs. I look forward to my next visit to Atlanta and Hal's.More infoHal's - BuckheadPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Buckhead•4.8
- MMicheleAtlanta Metro •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoMy husband and I went for an 20th anniversary dinner. We ordered 4 different appetizers, which is typical of the way we like to eat out. We had fried calamari and shrimp, mussels, wagyu beef carpaccio, and tuna tartar. The portions were very generous and every thing was excellent. WE thought we were going to order more in the beginning, however we were both stuffed after just the apps. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out. And, were given a huge piece of chocolate layer cake, on the house, to take home. I would say, the only negative was the tiny room in the back that we were seated in. It was intimate and quite, however, we missed the ambiance of the restaurant. I will go again.More info101 SteakPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Vinings•4.7
