- JJamalChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy friends and I had a wonderful dining experience at Mastro’s to celebrate my friend James’s birthday. The atmosphere was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. The wagyu meatballs were slightly undercooked for my taste, possibly due to my preference for a different beef type. That said, the sea bass stole the show, it was absolutely exceptional, the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The sides were also perfectly prepared. The staff and management did a good job of touching our table, checking in to ensure we had a great experience. For dessert, we were treated to the buttercake as part of the birthday celebration. My daughter had highly recommended it, and it lived up to the hype. We all had a fantastic time, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.6

From the owner to the server and even the mixologist behind the bar, made our experience magical and unforgettable. The was not our first visit, just one of the best! The food was delicious and the dessert was sinfully tasty. Thank you Chemistry for giving my wife an amazing birthday celebration!!More infoChemistryPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.4
- JJudithDallas - Fort Worth •12 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe were seated promptly at 11:00 when the event started. Most of the foods were very good; one of the little cakes was a bit tough, required a knife to break apart. Service was good, but I was surprised that there is usually a charge to change to a different type of tea than I started with. They said they’d make an exception for me, and I was not charged extra, but at other tea places I’ve visited one can sample several types of tea in one sitting. It’s almost expected. But on the whole I enjoyed the event very much.More infoThe Palm CourtPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Gold Coast / Streeterville•4.6
