A Fantastic Dining Experience at Above 8 We had the pleasure of dining at Above 8, and from start to finish, it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious—we couldn’t fault a single dish. We enjoyed pan-fried barramundi, chicken supreme, and for dessert, the vanilla cheesecake with raspberry and raspberry sorbet, along with the indulgent Valrhona Delice. Every bite was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. To complement our meal, we sipped on Little Goat Creek Sauvignon Blanc and Quilty Shiraz, both excellent choices that elevated our dining experience even further. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles, and the exceptional service continued throughout the night. The staff truly made our evening special. If you're looking for a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, great wine, and outstanding service, Above 8 is a must-visit! Highly recommended.

The food and service were excellent, but the frequent use of the back door by staff for deliveries, including chairs and meat, made the experience less enjoyable—especially on a cold night.

Everything was great. Only negative was Sticky date pudding had no ice cream or cream to go with the butterscotch sauce so had to order it separately and was charged $6.00 for one scoop. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

Had dinner with my partner, staff were all very friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed talking to some of the staff that came up and had a conversation with us! Food and drinks were great as well. We found the music to be a bit loud at the end, but other than that we had a good night! :)

The atmosphere was warm and inviting! incredible staff who were attentive and helped select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. will surely visit again!
