Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Maple Shade

This is my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia. Always leave absolutely stuffed to the gills and very satisfied. Truly you will rarely have the same flavors twice (assuming you don’t go every week as I’d like to!) and they always amaze. I’ve never had food as creative, delicious, and satisfying. Truly such a gem.

We were excited to get a Friday night reservation. The food never disappoints. The ribbolita was incredibly delicious and perfect for a chilly evening. ITA is always a good idea

Our Thanksgiving dinner at Fork was everything we hoped for, from inventive takes on traditional dishes (like cranberry sauce flavored with star anise) to the newly renovated (moody, sophisticated) dining room. Highlights included fresh oysters and perfectly dressed tuna crudo, and roasted butternut squash stuffed with tangy labneh. No detail is overlooked—even the parsley butter for the dinner rolls was memorable. Creative cocktails like the “Sibling Rivalry” and a surprisingly smooth barrel aged Wild Turkey (a nod to the presumed centerpiece of the holiday meal) set the vibe, and service found the sweet spot between unobtrusive and efficient. Can’t wait for the seven fishes on Christmas Eve.

Fantastic service! Shout out to Gregory! Those black garlic knots were one of the best things I have ever had in my life. Our group had a great time and everyone loved their food.
