- DDavidVIPMinneapolis - St. Paul •37 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFabrik is an intimate venue w/ a pleasing ambiance and delightful staff that provides a unique prix fixe dining experience in gourmet vegan cuisine that is certainly unique to Austin and based on our experience, most other cities throughout the US. The food and dinner service is outstanding and we were amazed by what the chefs and kitchen were able to produce and serve using solely vegan ingredients. Having said that, if you're a carnivore w/ limited exposure to vegetarian or vegan cooking, you may still leave wanting for your usual portion of animal protein or fat, but you certainly won't be disappointed in the breadth, quality and production of this completely amazing kitchen and staff!More infoFabrikPrice: Very Expensive• Vegan• East Austin•5

- RRavenAustin •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 5, 2024This place totally oozes Miami Vice, seasons 4 & 5. The staff was friendly and very Lorenz & Lorenz (on top of it). The soundtrack was PoolSuite-ish – in a good way. Our ad-libbed mocktails hit the spot, and the pizza was way better than it could have been for a place so focused on v.i.b.e.s. That kale salad was really good and deceptively generous – enough to share then take home extra (but we're old, so factor that in). The menu prices seemed a tad bloaty, but to be honest, the bill came in lower than expected. All in all, thumbs up. Come for the instagrammables; stay for the super sweet staff and good grub.More infoSwim ClubPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.5
