Anything we can produce in our kitchen is done by us, with love. No frills, just good food. We do an amazing brunch on the weekends, and by default or menu is nearly 100% gluten free.

The bone marrow was excellent! Unfortunately, we filled up on that and the focaccia before our pasta came. The Bolognese and pesto were both excellent and went home with us. Our server Reo was great! We ended with the sticky toffee which was unbelievable.

Our favorite Denver restaurant. Absolute best food anywhere - rillettes; cauliflower/turnip gratin; pork cheeks; the chicken that is always on the menu and changes every season and is the only chicken I always order because it is always fabulous. Just the absolute best cooking in Denver.
