Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in West Palm Beach

We had dinner here for Cindy’s birthday before a concert at the Kravis Center. Our first time dining here. Seated promptly outdoors (our choice). Place was beautiful. Service was excellent and not at all intrusive. Ordered oysters and tuna tartare as appetizers. Tuna was flavorful and had a beautiful spicy avocado accompaniment. Oysters were fresh and the mignonette was perfect. Oysters were overpriced, but tasty Main course was dorado baked in a salt crust for two. Filleted table side …the sauce over the fish was a savory zabaglione that worked very well. The waiter brought a very thoughtful dessert of fresh berries and chocolate truffles….overall pleasant experience…not inexpensive, but was worth it for a special occasion p.s. a 16$ charge for valet parking was a bit annoying

It was my daughter’s birthday, everything was superb, everyone was trying to make our night special , they even come together and sing a song for her, I really appreciate this kind gesture. We always come to Hive , love the food and the service is always top tier. Only thing I noticed this evening was the ventilation system is very bad as we were smelling very bad when we left the restaurant, hope that you could figure out what was wrong and fix it. Thank you

By far the best service we’ve had! Agnes (our server) was incredible. She made the whole evening enjoyable and we couldn’t be more grateful! So thoughtful and the preparation of every detail it was like serving of the finest Michelin restaurant. 

The waiter Seth was awesome, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The manager came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The belly dancer was professional and classy. Loved the ambiance and we will definitely return.
