Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Banff

The Sky Bistro was a great experience overall, I got the short rib and I’d order it again! Our waiter James was very kind!

Awesome vibe. Decent prices. Really good food. The service was top notch. We made a reservation but ended up being a little late due to our hike being longer than we anticipated. They were very accommodating. We were a group of 4 celebrating our birthdays, and they took very good care of us! Also comp'ed two desserts. Had a great time! Will definitely be going back

It was a great first experience, the food was creative and tasty. Overall I recommend this restaurant for its good food and relaxing atmosphere.

the food was amazing but the setup and reservation was unusually bad. reserved for 4, then got confirmation, later got an email that the reso is only for 2, then called restaurant, they were busy, called again the next day, again a confusion about number of guests but we went anyway. Arrived at restaurant, there was a confusion again... not very Fairmont like but once we reached the Dome it was a wonderful experience. Server was lovely but very slow... we noticed she was also serving most of the restaurant inside, we felt bad for her.
