Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Bellagio Hotel & Casino

We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. My wife had the 4 course tasting menu, while I had the pork noodles. Her beet salad (2nd dish) was terrific, and we both liked our noodles (she had tofu ramen). The pork belly that comes with the pork noodles was particularly good. Service was fast, and quite helpful. All in, very good meal.

This is our third time at Alexxa's and it never dissapoints. All the servers we've had are good but this time we had Maggie and she is one of the best servers we've had (in all of our dining out experiences). She is very thoughtful, personable and checks up very frequently which I really liked. When you go please ask for her!

Overall a great experience. Food was outstanding, as expected given it’s Jose Andres. Service was professional, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Highlights: • Chu-toro (my favorite for sashimi) with quail egg. Phenomenal! • Po’ boy with oysters & ossetra • Fried dorado. In pieces including crispy skin, with a Tartar sauce to die for. The olives two ways was excellent and interesting, but for us more of a one-time experience. There are too many other items we want to try on our next visit!

Hands down best restaurant in Vegas, hamachi is my favorite appetizer (get two if you have more than two people it’s the best) mushroom truffle rice is out of this world so rich in flavor. I would say the most life changing thing on the menu is the coconut dessert
