Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Cardiff By The Sea

The food was great. Loved the scallop tartare and the salmon. Dessert awesome, The pumpkin tart had the right amount of sweetness and the edible pea flowers were the perfect edible decor for the tartini. Turkey, cranberry sause thanksgiving meal was so yummy . Everything we ordered was very delicious and the ambience so relaxing.Our server went above and beyond and encouraged us to have a stroll around the resort after a leisurely lunch. Kids loved watching the horses inside the stable. We enjoyed the walk after the delicious food.

My friend and I went to Brickman's for Thanksgiving today. It was the best restaurant Thanksgiving meal I've ever had! It was buffet style and there were so many options. Everything you could want. Quality and taste were perfection. Price was very reasonable, too. Ambiance was very festive for the holidays with lots of attention to the details. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had reservations and we were seated right away even though it was packed. There was a cute bar area too with a nice view of the golf course and an outdoor dining area option. It's a hidden gem in my neighborhood in Lake San Marcos. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing food and great service. Fast and high quality authentic food

The food is excellent but the customer service could use a lot of improvement. For starters, the restaurant was nearly empty when we went for dinner on Halloween night, but the hostess asked us if we had reservations and then proceeded to make us wait to be seated. And even though there were three people in our party and only one other set of diners, she gave us only one menu. When we asked for more menus, she brought us only one more even though she could clearly see there were three of us. Once our food came, the waitress kept hovering around and near us, and pounced on any empty dish she saw in our table even if it meant leaning over one of us or interrupting our conversation to ask if she could clear the empty dish or pass it to her. After bringing us our check, she again hovered around and started to clean up while we were trying to box our leftovers and calculate the tip.
