    I love that the evening simply unfolds for you with no decisions to be made. Each course was a surprise and delight. The chef is creative and really focuses on extracting the most flavor from each bite. The service is always excellent. It always amazes me that we can have this type of meal pre-ballet without feeling overly rushed.

    Fantastic! Honestly, one of the best dining experience I've ever had. I wish I remembered the name of our waiter but he was the best, jovial, patient, not stuffy. We wanted a somewhat protracted dinner b/c we had a lot of catching up to do and he was great about letting the evening flow. Food was impeccable. Presentation was flawless. Filet perfectly seared.     What a great way to sample the Saison experience. The wait staff gave just the right amount of attention. Made us all feel welcomed and cared for during the dining experience. I went in for the food, which was excellent as I expected, but was most impressed with the service.
