- WWilliamVIPNashville •129 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe hadn't been to Etch in several years and had forgotten how good it was. Our three diners had one of the specials of the day which was salmon, another had the venison, and the third had the pork ribeye. All three were fantastic. The cauliflower appetizer and the shrimp and octopus bruschetta were both really good. A shared dessert finished the dinner off nicely. Service was excellent and one of the staff came out to inquire about my wife's food allergy to make sure they completely understood her issues. Overall, a fantastic meal.More infoetch - NashvillePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / Sobro•4.7
- BBethHouston •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoSecond trip to Bastion—the first was a year ago and positively incredible, from the food to the wine to the service, music and ambiance. Brought some friends back this time and was far less impressed, unfortunately. It may have just been an off night but I found most of the dishes and wines forgettable, with a couple truly unpalatable (in at least two cases, courses were excessively salty IMO, and I couldn’t choke down one of the wine pairings). That said, the beef main was great, as were the accompanying rolls and a couple of the seafood preparations. Still love what this place is doing but was disappointed last night (and bummed to have talked the restaurant up to friends who left similarly underwhelmed).More infoBastionPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• South Nashville•4.9
- KKayDallas - Fort Worth •29 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024Great service and free parking in Nashville is a big win. Also Midtown location, a plus for local residents. Dumpling appetiser was delicious. I had an Alsace wine and my friend had a Moscow mule, both great. Sushi was presented beautifully and delicious. Will be going back.More infoIchigo IchiePrice: Moderate• Asian• Music Row•4.5
