Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Amazing food! Not one bad thing on the menu. Our server was amazing and was so polite and professional. Ordered for 2 of us - Hamachi Crudo, oysters, and the Octopus to share. Also shared a lobster roll. The server was so nice and offered us a complimentary Cava with our desert. We ordered the sticky toffee pudding. Planning on coming back to try more from the menu!

Ten out of Ten I’m a Chicago native I’ve been all over the steak house scene. This place is by far the best. The host Christos, is the most accommodating and professional he knows the business inside and out. The entire staff treats you like family. The food is excellent I highly recommend doing the tasting experience, make sure to add the Japanese flight waygu and the cotton candy foie gras.
