Best Romantic Restaurants in Monument

Luke was an amazing attentive server! I wish they had a bar menu across all locations in different bars, I usually order a “Missing the Chapel” drink in Thunderbird bar, but they didn’t seem to know what it was or how to make it. So not a whole lot of communication to bring the bar/drinks experience into a complete hotel/locals atmosphere throughout. Since they are centered around bar/bites and food it should be better. I expect less from Doolies(sports bar), but not Avaitor bar. Just a thought. The food was delicious, especially the tuna nachos!

It was my first time at Steakhouse at Flying Horse, and I was impressed with the atmosphere, thank you for the beautiful evening great service, and delicious food.

This is already one of our favorites here in Colorado Springs, but their happy hour is one of the best we’ve been to, 1/2 off all cocktails including top shelf brands and 1/2 off all food 4-6. We eat dinner early so this is a perfect place for early eaters.

Our first experience there and it was outstanding. The dry-aged NY strip (18 0z) cooked perfectly, tender and not over-seasoned ($58). The shrimp cocktail was great with large shrimp, fresh and firm. Good cocktail sauce. Only four for $15 however…a bit too pricey. Great service and attention by Betty. Very nice atmosphere…classy. Tables not crowded together. Noise level not too bad. Highly recommend.
