Pella may be the best restaurant in Chicago. Everything is always PERFECTION. The chef is basically a food GOD. Service is top notch, ambiance is lovely, everything is well thought out and well executed. European cuisine at its freshest, brightest and europeanish. Yeah, I love Pella. Such a great experience! We had the prosciutto stuffed with mozzarella for an appetizer. So delicious! The bottle of Cabernet was like drinking liquid silk. Our server Kara was spot on. Everyone’s steak was cooked to perfection. We were so stuffed, but Kara encouraged us to share a few desserts. The crème brûlée cheesecake is so amazing and the flourless chocolate cake was the yin to the cheesecakes yan. Thank you for an incredible evening with family and friends.

Always a fantastic dining experience here for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent, the ambiance is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Highly recommend. So happy they brought back the hummus with beets to the menu.
