The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible.     We went to Osteria for their Valentine's Day menu and the chef showcased a lot of new dishes, such as the oysters, risotto, bucatini plus a new pork cheek protein. Every dish was amazing but the standout was definitely the oysters. These were West Coast oysters from a company run by two brothers in Washington and they were served topped with caviar. My wife and I both said they were the best oysters we've ever had. I hope these are brought back again at some point. Overall, dining at Osteria is top notch and we've never had a bad meal nor experience here and can't recommend the restaurant enough.

    The experience delivered by the One Barrel staff has been excellent every time we visit this Neighborhood Gem. We've never had a bad meal and the staff is friendly and attentive. Find something on their menu that you think you will like and they will meet that expectation. They also have a full bar and wide selection of wines.
