Best Romantic Restaurants in Brixton

Really delicious starters, and the lamb belly was amazing! We got potatoes to go with it. Would definitely visit again!

I’ve eaten here on a few occasions now and each time it has been a delightful experience, not to mention the food they serve is picture perfect and delicious! This time I brought a few of my friends as part of a jolly, the ambiance was perfect, the Christmas decor was out in full glory and the once again the food was exceptional, in particular the braised Herefordshire beef orgasmic! Clos Maggiore was brimming with customers, so much so we had to wait a little for our table. However by way of compensation we were treated to a really delicious glass of Prosecco which successfully sweetened the deal. My only niggle was that the sommelier was a little busy which meant the experience of timing the wine to the plate wasn’t spot on but in fairness the restaurant was packed! So overall we all had a really lovely time!

Exceptional experience but I would recommend next time to provide me a table in the first floor instead.

This is hands down the best experience in Japanese cuisine . We booked a table for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner and from start to finish the service was outstanding, we were welcomed and accommodated by the lovely staff who looked after us the entire time . The menu is amazing with so many unique dishes , the cocktails were also very interesting and my boyfriend enjoyed them a lot! The ambiance and decor is very nice , kind of made me feel we were at a private dinning event , which made our evening even more special. We will definitely be going back ! Great hidden gem in Brixton. The food was excellent and service was friendly and efficient. I loved the decor too I didn't try them but the cocktails also looked good
