Rubio is the brainchild of Max Reich a self-confessed foodie and music lover. Spending over 20 years in the music business, Max had always dreamed of a place he could create that catered for his love of great food and also be a relaxed and enjoyable space with a great soundtrack. He’s enlisted the help of long-term musical partner Simon Marlin who he enjoyed many years of success with under The Shapeshifters guise and launched in September 2016. With the boys long-term roots in West London it was always going to see Rubio begin its adventure close to home.

    Great food. The people working there were friendly, professional, and kind. The food was delicious and portions were big. Was celebrating my husband's birthday, and they surprised us with a little cake, a candle, and a song :) Would strongly recommend this place

    A little gem in Edgware, very sweet and kinda romantic ambience. Love the spring rolls, a must try when you visit! Try their Filipino selection of dishes as well, good value for money and nice portions too 🫶🏻

    It was our 2nd visit to the Script as we enjoyed the first one on Fathers Day very much. Unfortunately we weren’t as happy this time. The lamb in the roast was like a doorstop and the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and the roast potatoes were a bit underdone. The club sandwich was extremely bad. Not really sure how you can make a club sandwich bad?? A lot of bread and not much inside. The chicken and bacon were very overdone and inedible. All we were offered was a complimentary coffee!

    This is a wonderful addition to Hatch End High Street. The size of the restaurant is a surprise for it looks like any other from outside but is quite big. The decor is plush. The food and service were excellent. Worth going with friends and family. Will come again soon.
