- LLaurenLondon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had the tasting menu with wine pairings and thoroughly enjoyed the night. The overall feel was casual but the level of service made the evening special. The wine pairings in particular were all super interesting choices with interesting tidbits about of the wine makers given with each glass. Would highly reccomend for a special dinner.More infoSilo LondonPrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Hackney•4.8

- AAnthonyBristol •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024Beautiful food, beautiful people beautiful restaurant. A true culinary experience that is so intentional in its delivery. Each dish is explained by either the waiter or chef themselves, where staff take the time to get to know the diners whilst eating. It felt like we were at a big dinner party in their house and we were their guests for the night. With dinner starting at 7:00pm each course was plated and served to us at exactly the same time allowing us all to experience at the same time. Even choice of cutlery is specific and intentional allowing us the ability to capture taste and texture as the chef intends. This restaurant reminded me of an art expression, with food used rather than paint, where the chef uses food in clever well thought out ways to flex his creative ideas. For this reason the food is slightly on the expensive side, but due to the size of the restaurant and its chill intimate and private feel it makes sense. We dined for just over three hours, never felt rushed like in many other restaurants these days where you just feel like a number, and left happy & content. I would highly recommend. Thanks Gabriel and the Team.More infoThe Water House ProjectPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bethnal Green•4.9
- LLucyLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 26, 2024First time at Must and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wine is a little bit more than I would usually spend but the food (sharing plates eg. Cheese and charcuterie boards + other small plates) was a reasonable price and delicious and complimented the wine beautifully. The staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. Will definitely return.More infoMUST Wine Bar WansteadPrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• Wanstead•4.3
