Best Romantic Restaurants in MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Emeril’s. The service was amazing and our waiter Darren was so kind and checked in with us many times throughout our dinner. My husband had the seafood boil and I had the jambalaya which was one of the best i have had. The gumbo was also amazing. Just the right amount of heat.

Two dishes stood out. The Sticky Ribs appetizer is amazing. The sauce is something you will crave for days. The Cheesecake with sorbet dessert is also a must have. The cheesecake is very light. Not the typical cheesecake.

The atmosphere is wonderful you walk in you have a wonderful tentative water staff accompanied with a wonderful server with great perfect portion size appetizers. entrée I had gotten with the 8 ounce sirloin which was delicious although the mashed potatoes were cold in some parts. It was still wonderful. The chicken Parm kinda tasted like Ragu with spice, but nonetheless, it was delicious. The service of our waiter was not the best I wish I could’ve told him about the potatoes, but he wasn’t there, but we were the last to be seated so I understand not being tentative, but overall, the experience was amazing.

We had a reservation for 7PM, got sat within five minutes of the reservation time. They were turning all walk ins away because they were completely booked. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter Alfred was charming and diligent, everything just as we asked and checked in on us every time we were served (we ordered a lot of dim sum). The woman helping to refill waters and bus the tables was a complete machine, my water was never empty and watching her clear our dishes and the tables around us was truly impressive. We went for food of the highest quality, but what really makes me want to go back is the service we received. My girlfriend and I agreed that it probably was the best dining experience we’ve ever had.

The food was fantastic, we had the short rib lasagna and the salmon. The tiramisu was delicious as well. Service was definitely lacking for a pretty quiet night unfortunately. Thankfully, the food makes up for it.
