Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

The Wooden Crate is a bridge between Farmer and Chef. This connection point evokes inspiration, knowledge and artistic expression while honoring the foundation of food production and local sustainability.We welcome you to join us for dinner at our beautiful upcountry retreat property. We are the perfect setting for intimate celebrations and those looking for locally grown, wholesome fare. For dinner, we have two seatings, 6:30pm and 7:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Please note that we occasionally close to provide full meal service to educational retreat groups staying at Lumeria Maui. Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from.     1st off, thanks to Bistro Casanova for being open for Xmas dinner, as a tourist it was much appreciated. Food was excellent, service was excellent, we couldn't decide on which dessert to get, so got all 4 to share between the 5 of us. All were top notch. Would definitely recommend Bistro Casanova to anyone. We drove from Lahinia specifically for Xmas dinner, and it was worth the effort. Thanks for taking care of us! - Mike from Michigan

    Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
