- DDavidLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFood was exceptional. Really the best I've had in a long time, and my girlfriend and I like high quality restaurants. The best scallops and grouper we've had since we can remember. Service was spectacular. Ambiance was appropriate, and our table was quiet and romantic. Five stars!More infoCafe MaxxPrice: Expensive• American• Pompano Beach•4.9

- SSandraNew York City •21 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoAfter traveling all day and wanting to go somewhere within walking distance I booked Sands Harbor. We were here several times when Rusty Hook owned the place. No whole fish fried with Thai chili sauce, bummer, but the food was pretty good. Grouper bites were good with yummy tarter sauce (always a good sign). My husband got the steak sandwich after toying with mahi tacos. He said the steak was tender and everything that went along was tasty especially the slaw which was plentiful and pretty delicious, also a sign of a good restaurant. I had the steak bites over Spanish rice with chimmichuri which was delightful, not so sure it was Spanish but very tasty. Lots of crunchy flavorful broccoli to balance out the fried fish bites. And the steak was grilled with mushrooms, peppers and onions, all really delicious. We got a bottle of wine and took the leftovers home. Definitely go that route because the glass pours seemed very small. Our server was a little green but super sweet and took great care of us. We sat under the covered area because it threatened rain but none came along. The open air breeze was so nice after coming from CT’s unpredictable now winter type weather, ugh. Great first day restaurant pick for sure. Not a luxury menu and missed that Thai fish dish but satisfying all the same. I hear the flatbread is nothing special. Our server said the vodka sauce pasta was his favorite but we weren’t feeling pasta. Great views of the intercostal with a nice breeze. Can’t go wrong there. Very relaxing and peaceful.More infoSands Harbor Waterfront RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Grill• Pompano Beach•4.3

- RRalphWest Palm Beach •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024My server, Giovanni has the unique ability of adding a high class authentic feel to the quaint Italian experience. Bringing information from his heritage to enrich my palate with sound compliments to my dish selections. He’s renewed my love for this restaurant, post a lackluster performance from a less refined gentleman. He’s a true gem and a beautiful addition to your restaurant. Otherwise as always the food left nothing to be desired.More infoCasa CalabriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Galt Mile•4.8
