In 1688, Joseph Haviland built a tidewater gristmill that provided the locally-grown grains to a nearby bakery that supplied farmers and tradesmen with bread. It was the first public oven in New York State. Haviland’s Old Grist Mill and the public bakery were community gathering places for two centuries. Went for breakfast for my birthday on Monday. Very quiet. Had a berry iced tea which was very nice. My husband and I shared the eggs Benedict and bananas foster French toast. Everything was superb!

Never a disappointment!!! Food, service, value all excellent!!! Miquel a fantastic server!! The food was top notch I enjoyed the pork chop, my wife Branzino.both outstanding.our friends enjoyed the lamb chops and the Branzino as well!!the appts we shared the mussels, calamari, and the burrata. We shared 1 dessert. We were stuffed!! I took open half of the pork chop which my son enjoyed this morning. Always a great meal.
