Celebrated Valentine’s Day with my partner. The food and cocktails were both amazing. We started with the poached pear and goat cheese appetizer, which was very good. Only complaint maybe just a little too much balsamic. we both ordered the 8 ounce filet mignon both of us with steak butter. I added the lump crab to mine. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the lump crab was generous. For sides we got the lyonnaise potatoes and creamed spinach. Both were delicious and generous portions which were perfect for sharing between 2 people. For dessert, we split the chocolate layer cake, which was phenomenal. Debra was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I asked her to write a message on the plate and she did and it was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this restaurant and make sure to be seated in Debra‘s section. She was beyond friendly, very knowledgeable with the menu offered recommendations and chatted with us between courses. You will not be disappointed. As expected the service was excellent. It was a bit noisier due to it being a holiday-Valentine’s Day the next day. The fish called Orato smelled funny, I returned it and ordered the salmon in its place. This was delicious. The food like the salad was terrific and the soup was great. I would definitely return.

First, you can't beat the ambience of this 4-masted sailing ship turned restaurant built in 1904 docked on the Delaware waterfront in Philadelpha. Add to that superb cuisine and service and it made for a memorable Valentine's Day dinner (a day late), Baked brie appetizer was excellent and large enough to share. My wife's scallops and my Alaska halibut were similarly outstanding. We both enjoyed the 2019 Mosel region Riesling that went well with dinner. To top it off, our server was one of the best ever. The Moshulu is not cheap but not outrageous, especially for the quality. If you drive there, parking is $20.

We enjoyed Parc on a cold, snowy evening in February. The restaurant was cozy and warm, and the feeling was too! Our server, Jose, was great - friendly and with just the right amount of check-ins. The beet salad was yummy, with lots of beets cooked to perfection and a great mix of flavors. We both enjoyed Trout Amandine - a large portion with a hearty helping of haricots verts. The cranberry walnut bread was also delicious! We will go back tomorrow to buy a loaf to take home! If only the glass of wine wasn’t so pricey. But who can have a meal like this without a glass of wine?

Service by waitstaff and hosts was great! Food was good but couple of improvements to be made- such as branzino was over salted and bit too much dressing on the crab salad. Calamari was great!
