When I made the reservation, only outdoor tables were available so I left a comment requesting to be moved inside if anything opened up - and immediately on checking in, the hostess offered a table inside. The decor is classic and welcoming. Drinks were brought almost immediately after ordering them. Enough staff that someone was always attending to us. Food was delicious, especially the cacio e pepe. Highly recommendMore infoSammie's ItalianPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.8

It was a gorgeous day, so the deck was packed but we had a relaxed, easier to talk and to “take our time” lunch with an old friend in from out-of-town inside. Insanely yummy oyster po’boy. Love you Perla’s.More infoPerla's Seafood and Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.9
- BBradChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe celebrated my wife’s birthday here last night and from the get go felt like we were taken care of. The hosts seemed sincere and cheerful wishing her a happy birthday, and that set the tone for the night feeling special. I’ve worked in service, and I know it’s not always easy to be festive on someone else’s behalf when tons of birthdays are celebrated every day, and the kindness of the staff stood out. Sandra took wonderful care of us, comped a dessert for the birthday and made sure we had everything we needed while giving us our time and space to enjoy the meal. We will be back!More infoAba - AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• East Austin•4.8

We popped in on a Fridau evening before the symphony and enjoyed some of their greatest hits. The pancake was fiercely delicate and a perfect starter for the savory dishes. Our table split the short ribs, the wagyu flank and the fried bird. The last two are MUST ORDER material. Flawless service, considered environment and a serious culinary attitude. Be an Underdog.
