Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country.     Discovered Iron Gate through social media. It was described as a cozy date night and that’s exactly what it was! It was comfy, cozy and cute. The service was incredible and consistent as we interacted with many. For just the 2 of us, we did the family style and the food was delicious! Would recommend and would come back!

    Shia is an amazing fine dining experience, where the chefs walk you through the entire menu and tasting. The waiter and waitresses were very attentive, ambience was quiet and very nice. I would love to come here again!

    This place never disappoints. What a great wine and cocktail menu. We started with a bottle of Sauvignon blanc followed by their famous crab cakes which were superb. We ended the meal with slices of key lime pie. The restaurant was busy...thank goodness we had a reservation but the waitstaff never hurries the customers which is delightful. If you’re in DC, don’t miss eating here.

    I came for brunch on a Saturday. My server Faith was amazing! Very attentive and courteous! The food was seasoned well and everything came out piping hot. Great first experience, would definitely come back again.
