Best Seasonal Restaurants in Lighthouse Point

Thanksgiving buffet lunch today: Che bella sorpresa. Il nostro pranzo del Ringraziamento è stato splendido. What a delight! From the live guitarist/vocalist, to the cold and hot buffet stations filled with delicious food like: octopus farro salad, mixed greens with basil & artichokes, jumbo shrimp, fresh focaccia and cornbread...to truffle mac & cheese, pancetta brussel sprouts, mushroom lasagna, rigatoni bolognese, chicken cacciatore, chocolate glazed short rib, turkey, butternut squash & parsnip bisque, and plenty plenty more....with of course the most delicious mini pumpkin cannoli, fruit tarts, zeppole and tiramisu for dessert....I can go on and on. Better than advertised with a mix of Thanksgiving favorites and other delicious finds. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was exceptional, and we left extremely satisfied, as did everyone around us. Mille grazie Serena per un pomeriggio speciale. Ritorneremo presto. :) :)

Although I had a delayed morning, I planned to treat myself to Eddie V’s. Truthfully speaking I only had 40min to myself before I turn on mommy mode. Yes I did wear my baby doll heels and sat at bar to enjoy happy hour: bourbon, steak tataki, and lobster tempura. Fraser served me and another bartender my apologies I forgot his name, were ever so welcoming. Happy hour picked up pretty fast and although Fraser was stuck in the weeds his time management and multitask in fast pace situation was up to par. My husband is very happy that I finally was able to just once just give myself that time to enjoy without no complaints. I did not order food, I paid for haute cuisine with an experience. Fraser’s co worker (forgot his name) explained he will set up for me and presentation felt so complete. My cuisine was placed on the white napkin and my 1st bite was highly appreciated by my taste buds. My husband and I will find time to sit at this bar for tasteful moment a day to remember. A true fantastic hidden gem, nestled in one of the walkways of Royal Palm Place. Great service, wonderfully inventive preparations. One can always count on the duck taco appetizer and the super rack of lamb, but it is worth it to stray to the ever-changing selections which at our recent visit included a snapper with Gorgonzola cheese and a chicken dish, that was anything but regular. In acceptable weather, we choose to eat outside, but the small interior (only seating 20, hence the name of the restaurant) is wonderful, as there is no unnecessary noise, only the sound of happy eating. highly recommended.

Our server was great! They had live music & we were sitting outside. The male performer had a lovely voice, but it was hard to have a conversation at our table. It was very windy on the outside deck, so we had to sit close to the singer for the building to block the wind.
