We accept a limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 people up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for parties over 7 people, but optional for smaller group sizes. Pastabilities® restaurant has been happily serving our guests in Syracuse, New York for over 40 years. Our seasonal menus feature a full range of our homemade pastas, sauces, salads and the famous Stretch Bread from our bakery across the street. We make it all from scratch, and we put our heart and soul into every menu item. We are located in the historic Armory Square neighborhood, near theaters, shopping, and entertainment centers.

Originally known as Phoebe's Garden Café, the restaurant has a long and colorful history in Syracuse. Local lore claims that the building was originally a brothel, and Phoebe was its madam. In the summer of 2004, Phoebe's experienced a refreshing makeover with a bright new look in the atrium dining room with fresh paint, new upholstery, and artwork. The coffee lounge also opened that year, and it became an instant hit with the surrounding university and business crowd. Those changes also warranted a new name to reflect the updated attitude and ambiance: Phoebe's Restaurant and Coffee Lounge. Classic elements of Phoebe's remain untouched—the French onion soup and enticing crème brulee, for example, but other menu items change seasonally. I celebrated my mother’s 58th bday by taking her to dinner . The first thing I noticed was how welcoming and attentive the staff was . The service was amazing . I sat at the bar were I received immediate service . The drinks were so good . The food was amazing . Over service was a 10/10 definitely would recommend for special occasions or a nice date night .

It is a true hidden gem! Tucked away inside the NYS Fairgrounds it is actually more convenient since there's ample parking and pretty much in a secured area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly hostess and sat down at a table that is surely a delight for two since it's larger than the average. Food was impeccable and the drinks were spot on. Our server Adam was very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend Daniella's if you want a more private intimate gathering without the hassle of traffic.
