- EElizabethLondon •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience, blending bold flavors, impeccable presentation, and seasonal ingredients. From the airy Perilla sourdough with decadent brown butter to the indulgent grilled bone marrow with steak tartare and tangy gooseberries, every dish is a masterpiece. The aged comté and barley scotch egg paired with silky onion soup is a standout, while the tender Herdwick lamb shoulder with hearty lentils and vibrant winter tomatoes showcases comfort and elegance. Desserts, like the delicate prune and almond choux bun and refreshing herb sorbet, perfectly cap off the meal. With attentive service and a thoughtful menu, this is a must-visit destination for any food lover.More infoPerillaPrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Islington•4.6
- OTOpenTable DinerLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoSimply one of the best meals we have ever eaten, with an experience to match. The philosophy is as inspiring as it is common sense for a more sustainable industry, but the execution and depths of flavour that the chefs achieve are the key. Truly out of this world, with one of the most interesting wine pairings to match. It is not cheap, but in terms of value for the love and care put in, unsurpassed. The service was professional, deeply knowledgeable and passionate, but relaxed too. Somehow it managed to feel like a family restaurant whilst being both deeply smart and achingly hip. One of the best experiences and highly recommended.More infoSilo LondonPrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Hackney•4.8
