- AAmyVIPNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had not been to HoHoKus Inn for a number of years but booked a table for 4 for last night to celebrate the holidays. We were delighted with the ambiance, service, food and cocktails. Our waiter was exceptional, he was knowledgeable about the entrees all were delicious! The holiday lighting outside and the cozy and not noisy upper floor (despite all tables filled ) made for a wonderful evening! Thank you!More infoHo-Ho-Kus Inn & TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Ho-Ho-Kus•4.5
- NnicoleVIPNew York City •69 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a lovely dinner. Nice date spot or small celebration. It is a small restaurant, with a seasonal menu. I highly recommend reservations. It is BYOb, there is a liquor store directly across the street and a parking garage one block away. All the Tables have white cloth, and are nicely spaced apart. Not only was the food presentation beautiful the food was excellent. We shared the beet salad for an appetizer and I had the red snapper special served with saffron rice and my husband had the Asian ribs. Both dishes were excellent. The ribs fell off the bone and then we shared the bananas foster bread pudding, which was excellent as well . The staff was friendly and attentive, the silverware and water were replaced as needed. We look forward to returning in the future !More infoCafe 37Price: Expensive• Contemporary American• Ridgewood, New Jersey•4.8
- KKirkNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoEven though I am a local, I have not been to St. Eve's in a while. As a wine enthusiast I should support these local BYOBs more often. The food was excellent, probably one of the best pork chops I have ever had, wish I knew how they got it so tender. Other dishes :sea bass, lamb chops and duck spring rolls were also top notch. Service was professional and responsive. Decor is a bit cold and austere, However I do strongly recommend this restaurant and will be returing again shortly.More infoSt. Eve'sPrice: Expensive• American• Ho-Ho-Kus•4.8

Everything is cooked to perfection and his staff is very conscientious about food allergies. Hedy Weiss is the best hostess ever. - LLauraNew York City •1 review4.0Dined on Nov 17, 2024Great experience. Food excellent. Reserved the private round table tucked in back of restaurant for 3 couples. Food was excellent everyone loved their choices. Service was good. One thing that was odd was that when we got there all the glasses and plates were upside down rims touching table. We are germaphobes so we wiped down our glasses. Also when server brought the Pellagrino she just plopped it on table not opened, no ice, no lemon. Typically a restaurant will bring it with glasses filled with ice and lemon/lime wedges. Despite these minor oversights, I do recommend this very good restaurant in the heart of Ridgewood.More infoPiccolo BistroPrice: Moderate• Italian• Ridgewood, New Jersey•4.4
