As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this will be his homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities.     We had a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday. We booked ahead of time and when we arrived at the restaurant, they had decorated the table. Food and cocktails were very good. I had the bone-in prime rib and my partner had the 12oz fillet mignon. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also had a dirty martini and Brooklyn for cocktails. We shared a Grand Marnier Soufflé that was baked perfectly. We would definitely go again

    Our server, Madison was amazing. I am a steak-eater, and my guest is a vegetarian. We were able to put together a filling and gourmet meal of multiple appetizers, entrees and desserts that fit the bill perfectly! The Denver Steak and the Aligot in particular were out of this world. The chocolate cake was impressive, but the chocolate sundae was a great way to wrap up our evening! The team was able to accommodate our request for a quiet, comfortable both. Both my guest and I commented on how unique and classy the interior was, the service, from seating, bar service, to valet was outstanding. P.S. Steak is not a "on the cheap" evening out, but for the experience, quality of service and food it is a bargain!

    Most lobby restaurants are not the greatest experience. The Milwaukee, however, was a pleasant surprise. From a gracious hostess to a joyful waitress, to a very, very good meal for the four of us. The only food negative was a relatively bland dressing on the Caesar salad. T”My pappardelle was outstanding and the others felt the risotto, burger and salmon were very fine.
