Always a good meal here. BYOB is a plus. The pasta we had was house made, very light and delicate which made for a delicious meal. House salad comes with a very light dressing.

Was pleasantly surprised. From Mark the bartender to Anne our waitress, everything was exceptional. Steaks were excellent and perfectly prepared as needed by the four of us. Appreciate the value of a good steak and FIREBIRD apparently knows what they’re doing.A+++ all around

Great restaurant beautifully decorated for the holidays. Service was wonderful and food delicious!! Nice ending to the meal was the owner asking about our experience and wishing us a happy holiday!

Lovely Christmas Eve, early dinner. We ordered from the regular dinner menu. They also had a Christmas Eve menu. I had the Chicken Rollatini and my cousin had the Salmon. We have never had a bad meal. The appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp were extra hot, spicy and delicious. Dessert is always exceptional. We had the bread pudding, which is made onsite, we shared dessert, and there were two big slices on the plate. Food is always presented nicely. Wait staff were very attentive.

Wasn’t very crowded on Christmas Eve for lunch. Unfortunately they were not serving off their lunch menu, but regardless we had a lovely meal and the service was terrific!
