Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Downtown Summerlin

It was my 23rs birthday. My 6 year anniversary and my first time in Vegas. We were treated by 2 managers. Excellent service and they described the entire menu to us. Food was the best I ever had including sauce.

The food was excellent. We had the duck confit salad (split it) and I had the Scottish Salmon and my Hubby the short rib. All delish. The pineapple cheesecake dessert was a hit too. Ambience was cozy and buzzing, but not so lous=d as to be annoying. Waiters seemed to be very busy and very business like unlike other fine establishments we've dined at. The hostess at the door seemed stressed adn therefore curt....BUT we will definitely go back . The delish food outweighed the service.

However, nothing has quite compared to the unforgettable experience we had at JING. This exceptional restaurant goes far beyond providing delicious food; it offers an immersive, detail-oriented dining experience where every staff member’s dedication to their craft shines through. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, an ambiance of care that permeates the entire dining experience. Our server, Madison, exuded the perfect balance of attentiveness and approachability, guiding us through the menu with an expertise that highlighted her deep knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings. Her recommendations were spot on, and the seamless manner in which she anticipated our needs made us feel not just like guests, but as if we were being personally taken care of by someone who genuinely cares about our enjoyment. Equally impressive were the restaurant’s managers, Alex and Ryan. Their hands-on approach to service is something you rarely encounter. Alex, with his infectious enthusiasm, went out of his way to engage with us, ensuring that every aspect of our evening was flawless. Ryan demonstrated a calm yet vigilant presence. Their dedication wasn’t just a reflection of their roles; it felt deeply personal. It’s clear that they are invested not only in the success of the restaurant but in crafting exceptional, individualized experiences for every guest. As we dined,it became evident that JING’s commitment to excellence is a reflection of its leadership and staff. From the flawless timing of each course to the careful presentation and exquisite flavors, every detail was executed with a level of care that left us thoroughly impressed. We had a wonderful Valentines Day dinner at T-Bones. The atmosphere and music was perfect for a romantic dinner. The service was impeccable and the food delicious! Lovedthe extra special touches of the night, especially the rose at the end! Wish we lived closer to be able to come back more often.

I cannot rave about this precious gem of a restaurant enough. The absolute charm, the utter excellence makes this one of my favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Chef Gina is a master at her craft and each table has the delight of a view of her doing her thing. The mushroom pasta, the meatballs, the waygu carpaccio, the pesto pizza, uh just perfection. The cocktails are also seamlessly in harmony with the menu, simply delicious. Whether you're with friends or on a romantic date (I've experienced both), you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Thank you La Strega for being so close to where I live too lol, so that I may have that steak any time I need it again, cause I'll be dreaming of that chimichurri. ❤️
