The Hummingbird cocktail was a showstopper, with shaved cotton candy adding a fun sweet twist, while the Old Fashioned was expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. For our mains, the Wagyu steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—medium rare, tender, and packed with flavor. The truffle butter on the side was a perfect complement. Our sides of Brussels sprouts were a tasty surprise with candied bacon bits, crispy and full of taste, while the truffle fries were the perfect balance of rich and savory. We finished with the Butter Cake dessert, which was rich and decadent, the perfect end to a flawless meal. Absolutely fantastic dining experience at the Eldo Chop House! From start to finish, everything was exceptional.More infoEldo Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• El Dorado Hills•4.7
- MMarySan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had quite the memorable dinner at Ella. To begin with, we ordered the fresh baked bread and butter. The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.More infoElla Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7

Our server invested time early on explaining the menu in detail which was very helpful. Pace of the four course dinner was relaxed but not too slow. The food was amazing and Allora clearly deserves its stellar reputation.More infoAlloraPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Sacramento•4.9
