My fiance wanted shrimp scampi to go with his steak, we spoke Lena and she was able to ask the chef to make it and he did. The waitress was great, her customer service was amazing!!!! We sat at the bar outside and enjoyed a delicious cocktail, the bar tenders were outstanding. We sat outside and enjoyed the Irish musicians. The food was delicious - slow roasted pork, beef short ribs, shepherd’s pie and chicken pie - all done to perfection. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly. We had a great night. Everything from our servers to the carefully selected Christmas decor and music was just incredible. The broccoli quiche, eggs Benedict, London Fog Latte and mimosa were delicious. Although we haven’t tried our slice of cake from the bakery yet (flew home with it carefully wrapped!), based on our dining experience and the bakery itself, I am so excited to taste more from this wonderful addition to the Walt Disney World Resort! This was our first experience at Summer House on the Lake; it’s safe to say we’ll be back! They have a ton of gluten free options, and the sangria was some of the best I’ve had.
