    Cava Mezze in Olney is halfway between our kid's home in Columbia and our sister's home in Bethesda. So it is great for convenience. There might be other options in Olney . . . but we always select Cava Mezze for the great food and outstanding service. This visit, we were spoiled by Christian. Each of his recommendations was spot-on - and he was consistently pleasant, professional and incredibly attentive. (and he is quite the photographer) And do yourself a favor - save room for dessert! The French Toast and the special (some chocolate/nut cookie bar) are spectacular!

    This place is a gem, especially with Serenity’s service. Food and ambience are fabulous. Came here a week ago with a friend and was so pleased that we decided to come again!     Filomena has always been our go-to restaurant, and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting ambiance that sets the tone for an incredible dining experience. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious—each dish crafted with care and bursting with flavor. What truly elevated our evening was the outstanding service we received from Nebil. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests. Nebil anticipated our needs effortlessly, provided thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and it made an already great meal even more memorable. Filomena, once again, proved why it remains our favorite dining spot!
