Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Phoenix

A great experience from start to finish. Seated quickly. Great service from our server from arrival to departure. The food was excellent. This was not our first visit and we tried some different menu items this time: two different types of flatbread (both were delicious) and the Shellfish Brodetto was also a hit. We were celebrating our anniversary and were treated to a fantastic dessert (and a nice card). Fun and lively atmosphere and we will be back!

Waitress and wait staff were wonderful. The hostesses could be a lot more welcoming. No smiles and never greeted. They seemed overwhelmed and avoided eye contact. Food was outstanding! It was truly a culinary experience and that made up for where the front end fell short.

My family and I were looking for a place to have a drink and a snack On Christmas Day while we waited for my daughter to get off work at the movie theater at the mall. Naturally, we struggled with finding a place that was open on Christmas Day, but we knew that most hotels would have something open. I went onto Open Table to see who had reservations available nearby, and this popped up. I had remembered seeing this new hotel by the mall a couple of days prior, so I knew it was close. I made the reservation so we knew we had a spot, and I'm so glad we did! What a Christmas treat! The service was excellent, and everyone was cheery despite having to work on Christmas. Even when we told our server we were just having a drink and a snack and not a full dinner, she didn't seem upset or phased by it at all. We also had 2 finicky teenagers with us, and they loved it. The crab sushi bombs were such a huge hit with the picky teens that they ordered another one after having devoured the first order in less than 3 minutes. My mom and I had the spinach dip, and it was marvelous! The teens even got in on that and said they loved it! Teens eating spinach voluntarily?? Yes please. We will definitely be going back there. It was great.

Such a pleasant room with great food and service. Love the pork chop and shrimp and grits. Truthfully though, everything on the menu is outstanding....also the tortilla soup; a real experience. Good wine list and prompt friendly service (Tonya). A wonderful Christmas Eve.

Excellent experience. Better than expected. Our server, Amy, was phenomenal. The entire staff was also great and made for a memorable evening. Food was amazing. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.
