Service was excellent from the time we arrived at the hotel (valet team), restaurant staff and the gentleman that gave us a ride in the golf cart to the restaurant and back. Cocktails were great. We had the butterfish appetizer, it was not like other butterfish we have had, very thin and slightly dry. The duck tasted good, I would have liked it sliced on the plate - the sauce was what was very unique in flavor, carrot kumquat. My husband had the bison short ribs which he enjoyed.
