- JjuliyaChicago / Illinois •10 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoI was really hoping to love this restaurant. It was nearly impossible to make a reservation, and I gladly took the only available spot. When we arrived, the restaurant was half-empty at 7:30 p.m. [It was already dark, so for those willing to pay $$$$ for the view, it’s pitch black at this hour]. We waited at our table for over 20 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us. Not what you’d expect at this caliber restaurant. The waiter was really nice, but I am not sure why at these prices (e.g., $97 for a 7.0 oz fillet mignon) they were short-staffed. They also ran out of bread by the time we started placing our order. The food was good though nothing special w relatively small portions. If the sunset / ocean view is what you’re after, this is a great spot or … try lava lava right down the street.More infoKamuela Provision Co.Price: Very Expensive• Pacific Rim• Waikoloa•4.4
- EElenaSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were greeted with a warm aloha welcome! The server was friendly and attentive. The bartenders drinks were spot on for the mixes we requested. The ambience and lighting were serene. The food was just absolutely amazing. The ahi tuna entre was seared perfectly. The scallops were scrumptious. The ribeye and short ribs were cooked just right and delicious. I was surprised how well the server and chef were able to modify my entre to accommodate by dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a delightful experience again. We plan to make a reservation every time we visit the big island. Thank you!More infoMeridiaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Kohala Coast•4.6
- RRyanVIPLondon •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had an outstanding meal last night! The food was all so fresh and delicious. We had the best miso soup, followed by ahi poke and sushi rolls! Our daughter had macadamia crusted fish on mashed potatoes that she loved. Cocktails were all fantastic too. However, hands down was the service. It was over the top fantastic! Everyone who worked there from greeters to Colin our waiter made us feel so happy and cared for…we just wanted to give him a hug! Last little tidbit…our daughter left her purse at the table and they called us immediately that they had it and were keeping it safe for us. Thank you so much! We will be back!More infoSansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar - WAIKOLOA, HawaiiPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Waikoloa•3.9

- DDiannePalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Highly recommend this restaurant We were a family of 10 and received the best meal and service of our vacation. Our server was friendly attentive and fun. The food was outstanding. There was live music that was enjoyable as background music. Not too loud and a talented musician. Only problem is they are so popular you need to reserve long in advance but well worth the effort.More infoTommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Mauna Lani, Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.7
