- AAmyVIPNew York City •23 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat an indulgent meal and fun experience! We had been wanting to try Bad Roman for awhile but the reservations are always full. We finally got lucky! The space is really beautiful and cozy, it feels special. It never got too loud even though it was quite full. Our server was friendly and never far away if we needed anything. Food and drinks arrived quickly and everything was delicious. We loved the shared pasta and the frozen tiramisu especially. Others have wonderful pictures and descriptions of the food, everything was delicious. Best we've ever had? No. But this place is an experience. Some of the dishes are overpriced but you're in Columbus Circle so it goes with the territory. Go have fun and don't worry what the check reads.More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5

- JJudyNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis cozy spot on the lower east side is very trendy with its gem named cocktails and seasonal menus. It is clearly incredibly popular as tables turn over quickly and there is never an empty seat. The food comes quickly and is deeply flavorful. The menu consists of dishes that can be harder to find, even in a cultural hub like NYC. I do wonder if lunch service is a little less bustling as at times I found it difficult to hear my dinner partner. I also wish they would tell you about the QR code for the food menu as it is on a physical drinks menu and that’s a bit confusing. Overall I’m glad I made it to Soothr and look forward to trying their sister restaurant Sappe soon.More infoSoothrPrice: Expensive• Thai• East Village•4.7

This was my first time there and I spoke to the manager and reiterated how good the food was. The service was excellent and I don’t mind tipping, but I didn’t like the fact that I was billed 20 percent. Restaurants cannot assume we received top notch service. Sometimes no tip or a low tip would incentivize their workers to do better. Overall I will definitely return because the food was that good.More infoLagos TSQPrice: Expensive• West African• Theater District•4.2
