- KKevinvipHouston •66 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAlways an amazing meal. Try to eat here at least once a month. Best calamari anywhere. I had scallops and they were fantastic. I’ve also loved the braised short ribs. Carrie, our server was fantastic. I just wish they would bring back the salted caramel budino. The chocolate is really good as well.More infoNorth Italia – BLVDPrice: Moderate• Italian• Galleria / Uptown•4.7

- TTramHouston •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy 2 girlfriends & I had an amazing dinner experience. It was our first time dining at Makiin. The minute we walked in the door, the atmosphere felt warm & inviting— beautifully decorated. To start, we all ordered some mango cocktails, as recommended by our friendly & courteous waitress (Nan), which was very delicious. We then ordered 3 appetizers (papaya salad, fried dumplings & some other fried flat bread (?), 3 main dishes (shrimp drunken noodles, pumpkin & chicken curry, and mussels) to share, along with a sweet rice & mango dessert. The pumpkin & chicken curry and shrimp drunken noodles were the 2 star dishes for us. We plan to return.More infoMaKiinPrice: Very Expensive• Thai• Upper Kirby / Shepherd Corridor•4.4
- OTOpenTable DinerHouston •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMusaafer is a unique experience...exquisite food; beautiful furnishings; attentive service. sections of the restaurant convey an old-school men's club vibe. other sections offer dining within curtained privacy. one doesn't dine at Musaafer if cost is a consideration. this restaurant is a cut way above any Indian food venue in Houston and is well worth the price. I appreciated being told that an automatic 20% gratuity is added to every bill. Staff is quite pleased with the newly awarded Michelin Star. well deserved!More infoMusaaferPrice: Very Expensive• Indian• Galleria / Uptown•4.8
